#CMT# #/CMT# The clip has a filiform element presenting parallel rectilinear strands (1a-1b), positioned one with respect to another, to act as forceps by elastic deformation of the strands in a parallel plane during the process of ligating thinner vessel and/or sewing very thin organic or synthetic tissue. The clip is made from elastic super alloy e.g. nickel titanium naval ordnance laboratory (NITINOL)(RTM: nickel-titanium shape memory alloy) or bioresorptive material.
