An auxiliary device of a truck for safety driving is provided to support a body of a driver when the driver is not balanced, and operate a turn signal lamp, a horn, and a rear brake selectively by connecting a main control circuit with an operating button part and controlling a position of a handle using a height adjusting unit. An auxiliary device of a truck for safety driving comprises a bracket(1), a rod body(2), a handle(3), an operating button part(4), and a height adjusting unit(5). The bracket is fixed at a vehicle body. The rod body is extended from the upper part of the bracket. The operating button part, formed with the handle, is connected with a main control circuit electrically. The height adjusting unit controls a position where the handle is fixed. The height adjusting unit has first and second rod bodies(21,22), and a combining tool(24) inserted in a proper position after the first rod body is inserted in the second rod body.
