The lock (6) has a locking rod (8) cooperating with bores (9, 10) of a casement (3) and a fixed wall (2a) respectively to interdict pivoting of the casement with respect to the wall. The rod is displaced by an operating unit e.g. handle, for permitting unlocking of the casement. A cam (16) controls deflating of an inflatable sealing ring (7), between the casement and the wall, through sliding of a slide (14) of the unit before displacement of the rod. The slide is connected to the rod by a spring (22).
