The clamp (16) has a part (18) for crimping a cable (19) that comes from an electric energy receiver of a motor vehicle. The part partially surrounds an end of the cable and includes a cylindrical or conical shaped portion i.e. hook tab (22). A part (20) is integrated directly on a body of a terminal (14) of a battery or a protective case (10). The tab fixes a recharging unit of the battery, where the tab is flat and rectangular and includes corrugated surface. A bent zone is found at the level of a junction of assembly formed by the parts (18, 20), where the tab extends from the bent zone.
