The device (1) has two vertical arms (3) that are connected to a horizontal bar (2) and lock on to an object, where each vertical arm possesses an orifice (11), whose part is provided with a set of flat sections. The horizontal bar is provided with two horizontal stubs (14), where each stub has another set of flat sections. The vertical arms are connected to the horizontal bar such that the stubs are wedged to the base of the part to prevent rotation of the arms around the stubs.
