FLOWMETER AND ITS PROGRAM

It is possible to measure a flow rate of a gas flowing in a gas meter and accurately perform a used gas quantity calculation of each of gas instruments connected to the downstream of the gas meter without using a waveform pattern. A flowmeter (10) includes: flow rate measuring means which measures a flow rate at a constant time interval; instrument judgment means which identifies an operating instrument by acquiring a flow rate difference between flow rates of an instruments connected to the downstream of the flow rate measuring means at two arbitrary time moments; and instrument flow rate calculation means which acquires the used flow rate of each of the instruments by switching the calculation methods according to the number of gas instruments, the type, the combination, and the priority.
