The present invention refers to an evaporator device (1) for volatile sub stances provided with a closure system that facilitates the replacement of t he refill or container of the volatile substance. The invention provides a s afety closure system (8) for the evaporator device, which makes difficult fo r children to get access to the tablet or container (5) of the volatile subs tance. A closure member (8) and a container are associated in such a manner that during the opening movement of the closure member, at least part of the container is extracted out of the chamber.
