#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a power supply pack (1) e.g. power strip, whose connection device (3) e.g. cable, connects a socket (2) e.g. wall socket, with a current source, and interrupter e.g. bistable relay, opens or disconnects power supply of the socket. An activation device has a recognition unit e.g. microcontroller, for recognizing an infrared signal emitted by a pressure on a button of a remote control of an electrical apparatus.
