According to the present invention, a private mobile network integration service system is disclosed, which includes a signal transfer point for performing a signal processing between a home location register (HLR) and a mobile switching system or between mobile switching systems; a private branch exchange connected to the mobile switching system; and a call setup management device for interpreting called/calling numbers and providing the interpreted numbers to the mobile switching system, wherein the mobile switching system performs a private mobile network call processing using the interpreted numbers.
