Light beam skin care device and method are provided to perform various skin care treatments by irradiating blue and red light and infrared ray that are generated from a predetermined number of LEDs. A light beam skin care device includes a key input portion(20), a memory portion(10), a light producing portion(30), a timer portion(70) and a light irradiating(40). One or more irradiating programs that are able to be selected by a user are stored in the memory portion. The light producing portion produces blue and red light and infrared rays according to the irradiation time of each light of the selected irradiation program. The timer portion limits the irradiation time of each light according to the setting information of each light of each irradiation program from the memory portion.
