<p>The invention relates to an organic opto-electronic device comprising an organic layer between an anode and cathode, the organic layer comprising: a) 1-70 wt% of a dendritic compound, b) 0-50 wt% of a compound for hole transport, c) 0-50 wt% of a compound for electron transport and d) 0-40 wt% of a compound for light emission, wherein the sum of elements b), c) and d) is more than 20 wt% and the dendritic compound is inert. The invention also relates to organic opto-electronic single layer devices and a solution based process for making an organic opto-electronic device such as OLED's.</p> |
