Disclosed is an antenna device reduced in size by decreasing the number of constituent components, wherein decrease in reliability due to heat of an internal heat-generating element can be suppressed. Specifically disclosed is an antenna device wherein circuit components such as a resistor (4), which is a heat-generating element, a capacitor (3) and a coil (2) are contained in a cylindrical case (10), which is open at one end and closed at the other end, together with a cover unit (7) and a bobbin unit (8). A heat conducting member (11) having a high heat conductivity is cast in the case (10) so that it hermetically seals the opening of the case (10) while embedding the resistor (4).
