<p>Disclosed are an agglutinant composition for a surface protective film comprising an ion complex polymer anti-static agent, wherein the agglutinant composition comprises 1 to 5 weight parts of the ion complex polymer anti-static agent, 1-20 weight parts of a curing agent and 100 weight parts of an acryl based resin, and a surface protective film using the agglutinant composition.</p>
