A method for transmitting the information via the channel network includes:11) sending the information ordering request to the information providing end by the information consumption end,the said request specifies the required information content;12)determining the time for sending the information based on the resource of information transmission system according to the information ordering request of each information consumption end;13)receiving the information during the determined time by the information consumption end;14)storing the received information which may be used by the information consumer at the appropriate time into the nonvolatile memory by the information consumption end.
