A case plate having a color transparent window and a method for forming the window are provided to obtain a high adhesive force by forming a coloring material containing a transparent ink layer and a first binder layer with the same transparent ink. A method for forming a window of a case plate for electronic equipment includes the steps of: forming a UV coating layer on a base film and primarily curing the UV coating layer(S31,S33); forming and drying a transparent ink layer containing dyes or pigment on the UV coating layer(S35); forming a binder layer on the entire transparent ink layer to cover the transparent ink layer(S36); forming a resin layer on the entire binder layer and transferring the transparent ink layer to the resin layer; separating the base film from the primarily cured UV coating layer(S39); and secondarily curing the primarily cured UV coating layer(S40).
