The double clutch device comprises an input wheel (1), two output shafts (A, A') coaxial on either side of the input wheel (1). Each output shaft (A, A') includes an electromagnetic clutch. Each clutch comprises: - a movable plate (3), which is mounted rotatably and free in translation on its output shaft (A), and which includes a conical friction surface, a magnetic circuit (5) comprising a fixed part (7), in which the electromagnet coil (9) is housed, and a movable part (8) that communicates a translation movement to the movable clutch plate (3) to bring said plate into friction contact with the input wheel (1) when the electromagnet coil (9) is energized.
