Medical composition to prepare a medicine, comprises a combination of two molecules comprising glucose and insulin, existing in physiological condition, combined to optimize the chain of intracellular oxidative phosphorylations allowing cells of the extracellular matrix to produce cellular energy, which is necessary for producing constituent materials of the extracellular matrix for regenerating wounded tissues.
