The support (100) has a support core (111) made of metallic material such as steel, and coated with a skin (112) of plastic material such as glass fiber filled polymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene or polypropylene. A clipping unit clips a trim facade plate, and the skin is over molded on the core. The clipping unit has studs (120) that are remote from a rectangular shaped flat frame (110) and are connected in traversing openings (113) of the frame, where the studs are made of plastic material.
