<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of reducing current consumption more. <P>SOLUTION: An illuminance sensor 103 measures a voltage value which is proportional to luminance. Then a control unit 107 calculates an increment of light indicating an increment per unit time in power-saving mode.
