PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a ticket vending machine installed at a railway station to issue a railway ticket and a boarding ticket which utilizes both railroad and airplane with one sheet of medium.

SOLUTION: A railway ticket and a boarding ticket issued from the ticket vending machine comprise; an information storage part in which a predetermined content for taking a train are stored by an information storage means incorporated in the ticket vending machine when issued from the ticket-vending machine installed at a railroad station; and a print part in which the predetermined content for boarding an aircraft is printed in a shape of two dimensional bar code by a print means incorporated in the ticket vending machine when issued from the ticket vending machine.
