<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick dispatch of a checker when such a disaster as earthquake occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A checker dispatch system includes a management server 3 which transmits and receives information with a portable terminal 1 carried by a checker. The management server 3 is provided with: a transmission/reception means 25; an earthquake information recording means 21; a dam facility information recording means; a checker information recording means 23; a checking dam information preparation means 26; a mobilization checker selection means 27 for selecting a checker; a checking dispatch information preparation means 28 for preparing checking mobilization information in which the selected checker and the checking dam are described; and a control means 29 for transmitting the checking dam information and the checking mobilization information to the portable terminal 1. The mobilization checker selection means 27 selects mobilization checker in the order of earlier mobilizable dates under predetermined dispatch conditions based on reply information including a checking dam whose checking mobilization is possible and mobilizable dates from the portable terminal 1 which has received the checking dam information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
