PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption by an air conditioner by a simple means only by modifying a part of an universal PLC (programmable logic controller), to secure a stable operating state of a humidifier and a heater even when indoor sensible heat load is high, and to keep proper control. SOLUTION: This conditioner comprises cooling volume controllers 11, 12 controlling output of the cooler 3 to adjust the supplied air to a set dew-point temperature conditions on the basis of a measured value of a dew-point temperature meter 14, the cooling volume controllers 11, 12 variably set a dew-point temperature under a condition that the humidifier 5 keeps specified output optionally set, control the output of the cooler 3 so that the supplied air is adjusted to a set value of the dew-point temperature, apply a second dew-point temperature set value calculated under a condition that the heater 4 keeps specified output optionally set, in priority to a dew-point temperature set value when the output of the heater 4 is lower than a predetermined lower limit output value, and control the output of the cooler 3 to be adjusted to the second dew-point temperature set value.
