PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification air conditioner, which effectively uses condensed water resulting from precooling of processing air in a precooler. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises: a dehumidification rotor 1 disposed to be rotatable across a treatment passage 3, which supports an adsorbent adsorbing moisture of processing air PA introduced to the treatment passage 3; the precooler 8 disposed on the upstream of the dehumidification rotor 1 within the treatment passage 3, which precools the processing air PA introduced to the treatment passage 3 and then supplies the precooled air to the humidification rotor 1; and a heat exchanger 8 disposed on the downstream side of the dehumidification rotor 1 within the treatment passage 3, which introduces condensed water W resulting from precooling of the processing air PA in the precooler 6 and performing heat exchange thereof with the processing air PA passed through the rotor 1.
