PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of temporarily locking a terminal screw, and capable of returning to a top position when it is released from screwing of the terminal screw. SOLUTION: The terminal board 1 is provided with a retainer fitting 13 retaining the terminal screw 11, and the terminal screw 11 can be temporarily locked as a protrusion 13p of the retainer fitting 13 biased upward by a coil spring 14 gets engaged with a locking convex part PV. On the other hand, when the terminal screw 11 is moved above a screw hole 12h from a temporary locking position Bk in order to screw the terminal screw 11 into the screw hole 12h of a connecting conductor 12, the protrusion 13P of the retainer fitting 13 is to be fitted into a guide groove GV formed along an up-and-down direction (a Y-axis direction). With this, in case screwing of the terminal screw 11 into the screw hole 12h is released for removal, the terminal screw 11 can return to the top position along the Y-axis direction by biasing force of the coil spring 14.
