PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing technology with high adhesive strength between panels. SOLUTION: A laser beam irradiates a sealing material 15 and a first and a second panels 11, 12, to have the sealing material melt, and the molten material is pulled into a gap between a heated part of the first and the second panels 11, 12 to be solidified to have a sealing part 16 formed, and the first and the second panels 11, 12 are adhered. A volume of a region between the first and the second panels 11, 12 for pulling in the sealing material, is made to be smaller than that of a sealing material, and the sealing part 16 is also made to remain on an outer part of the gap between the first and the second panels 11, 12, and is adhered on an outer peripheral side plane of the second panel 12 arranged above.
