PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generating of lighting irregularities at the time of key lighting to improve the lighting appearance, without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: The key lighting device has a tact switch 21 and light source sections (LEDs 22a, 22b) on a side of a substrate 20, and a resin key section 21 and a silicone rubber section 12 on a side of a housing 10, for operably turning on or off the tact switch section 21 and applying light from the light source. The tact switch section 21 is disposed on the substrate 20 at a location opposed to a center portion of the resin key section 11, and the light source sections are disposed on the substrate 20 adjacently to the tact switch section 21. The resin key section 11 has a rear surface 11b into which the light from the light source section enters and a front surface 11a irradiated by the incident light. The rear surface 11b is constituted by a curved surface which is thinner at its center potion thereof than at its peripheral portion in such a manner that the incident light is focused on a center portion side of the front surface 11a of the resin key section 11.
