PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the storage capacity of a storage box and to provide a storage rack with an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: A sliding frame and a suspending frame formed into the rectangle of roughly the same size are constituted into two stages of support frames trough the spacer of the front and rear sides of the frame, a blind flexible box is attached to the suspending frame of the lower stage and the storage box is constituted. The flexible box is composed by forming a blind box body composed of a bottom part and a side wall part with a flexible sheet material and connecting a suspending belt piece with a locking member at the upper end edge of the respective side wall parts, left and right suspending belt pieces are attached to the suspending frame and front and back suspending belt pieces are attached to both frames. A frame body is constituted by connecting the front and back of a pair of rectangular side frames by a connection member, the top plate is put on, support rails are oppositely provided in stages on the inner side of the side frames, the left and right ends of the sliding frame are inserted to the groove of the support rails, the storage box is freely slidably housed, and the storage rack is constituted.
