PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable tile carpet which excels in bulkiness even if depe-dyed polylactic acid crimped yarn is used as pile yarn, has high toughness, excels in wear resistance, etc., and is improved in degree of a plant. SOLUTION: In the tile carpet which consists of an outer layer consisting of the pile yarn and a ground fabric, a binding resin layer, and a backing layer, the depe-dyed polylactic acid crimped yarn, in which a single fiber has a cross-section approximately circular or circular, is contained at least as the pile yarn, the binding resin layer consists of a thermoplastic resin pulverulent body, the degree of the plant is improved by converting the backing layer into a nonwoven fabric having cushioning functionalities, and gas permeability is achieved.
