PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a vibration member individually for an optional pressure point present on the surface of a human body, to perform massage freely at any time, and to make it difficult for others to recognize that the massage is performed. SOLUTION: The vibration member 2a can vibrate in the state of being fixed to the surface of a human body by a fixing member, a plain view area facing the human body is≥0.25 cm<SP>2</SP>and≤9 cm<SP>2</SP>, and it is in such a size that an optional pressure point area on the surface of the human body can be individually vibrated. Also, the massage apparatus 1 comprises: the vibration member 2a which can vibrate in the state of being fixed by the fixing member for fixing it to the surface of the human body, whose plain view area facing the human body is≥0.25 cm<SP>2</SP>and≤9 cm<SP>2</SP>, and which is in such a size that the optional pressure point area on the surface of the human body can be individually vibrated; and a power supply part 14 for supplying power to the vibration member 2a.
