摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing acceptance/rejection judgement system capable of performing contract business that improves operability and convenience more without confusing even in a contract of service providing for a portable terminal in which an integrated service and a locally limited service are mixed.

SOLUTION: A switch area to which the portable terminal belongs and a contracted area in making a service contract are input, whether a designated service is an integrated service that can provide a service regardless of the switch area is judged, whether the input switch area is the same with the contracted area is judged when the designated service is not judged to be the integrated service, it is judged that a service can be provided when the exchange area is judged to be the same with the contracted area, and it is judged that the service can not be provided when the switch area is judged to be different from the contracted area.
