PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor in which an oil outflow amount from a crank chamber to a suction chamber can be reduced. SOLUTION: A separator 70 comprises an inner passage 71 so connected to the outlet 60d of an upstream side communication passage so as to communicate with each other and guiding a refrigerant gas flowing from the outlet of an upstream side communication passage toward a downstream side communication passage 64 from the axis of a drive shaft 10 radially outward.
