摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid-phase extraction material having an acid resistance and alkali resistance, and enabling an efficient recovery of high hydrophilic organic materials, and a column filled with the solid-phase extraction material obtained by the method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the solid-phase extraction material comprises the step of blending (a) a compound having at least two groups represented by a formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents H or CH<SB>3</SB>) in one molecule, and (b) a compound represented by a formula (II) with an aqueous vehicle so that (b)/((a)+(b)) may be 0.02-0.6 at a molar ratio and of carrying out an aqueous suspension polymerization.
