PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine for correctly displaying the variable holding number after returning from a power failure and after a reset operation in a sub control substrate as well. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with: winning detection means (ST35 and ST42) for detecting that a game ball enters pattern winning ports 15A and 15B, specifying which winning port the game ball enters in, and memorizing the fact of the winning detection in storage regions INS-INS7; a lottery means (ST55-ST57) for recognizing the fact of the winning detection based on the contents of the storage regions, executing a propriety lottery and deciding a performance content in accordance with the lottery result; an update means (ST54) for reducing the number of the winning detections corresponding to the processing of the lottery means; and a transmission means for transmitting the first control command specifying the decided performance content and the second control command decided based on the number of the updated winning detection to a sub control part.
