PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear in which an insole can be formed, with a simple means, in the projected and recessed shape of the sole of a foot individually, and also to provide a cup insole. SOLUTION: The footwear M is provided with the insole 1 on an outsole 2, is composed of: a sheet-like insole member 12 which is plastically deformed along the projecting and recessed shape of the sole of a foot by the weight loaded thereon, forming such the projecting and recessed shape on top; a sheet-like support member 11 which is, in the plan view, shaped the same as the insole member 12 and situated thereunder and which is harder than the insole member 12 and designed to support it; and a sock lining member 13 which covers at least the upper face of the insole member 12.
