PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for inserting and removing an electronic device put in a hard material in a compartment of a vulcanized rubber patch permanently attached to a vulcanized tire. SOLUTION: A body of the tire has an inner liner, the patch is attached to the inner liner, and the electronic monitoring device has at least one sensor for detecting technical conditions of the tire. The electronic monitoring device is joined to the patch by screw joining.
