PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a replacement cost of consumption parts, that is, repulsing parts, installed outside of a rotor formed in the center of the apparatus and adjust the size of rocks or the like to be taken out of the apparatus (make the particle size of rock even). SOLUTION: In the apparatus for crushing rock or the like in a crushing space formed between a rotor (1) installed in the center of the apparatus and a cylindrical part (31) installed in the outside of the rotor, a plurality of repulsing parts (50) are arranged in the inside of the cylindrical part and a plurality of projected parts (57) extended in the long axial direction are formed in repulsing blocks (56) respectively composing portions of a plurality of these repulsing parts. The repulsing blocks are arranged in a manner that some of the projected parts are set to look on to the crushing space and when the projected parts facing to the crushing space are damaged, other projected parts of the repulsing blocks are re-arranged to look on to the crushing space. Further, gap regulating boards (54a) extended toward the crushing space from a lower part of the repulsing parts are arranged, so that the size of rocks or the like to be taken out of the apparatus can be adjusted.
