PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switched capacitor amplifier capable of operating with high speed and without dependency on variations in capacitance elements. SOLUTION: The switched capacitor amplifier includes a first sampling circuit 20 for sampling a first input voltage (VINP) as a first sampling voltage and then doubling the first sampling voltage while the first input voltage is interrupted, a second sampling circuit 30 for sampling a second input voltage (VINM) as a second sampling voltage and then doubling the second sampling voltage while the second input voltage is interrupted, and a differential amplifier circuit 10 for outputting a difference between the first sampling voltage and the second sampling voltage.
