PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a signal transmitter with a simple circuit, and to reduce wirings. SOLUTION: The signal transmitter 20 is the transmitter where one master station device 30 is connected to a plurality of slave station devices 40, 42, where elements S, A are connected to each terminal, in bus through the use of a data line 60. The master station device includes a saw-tooth wave generator 32 for generating an address signal where a voltage value has a saw-tooth shape and is periodically gradually increased or decreased. The slave station devices respectively include: determining means 44 for determining whether or not the voltage value in the gradual increase/decrease section of the address signal from the saw-tooth wave generator is within a voltage range assigned to the self stations; and means 46, 48 for allowing the elements connected to the terminals to respond to the master station device via the data line when the determining means determine that the voltage value of the address signal is within the voltage range assigned to the self stations.
