PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus which is manufactured at low cost and gives stable output power and wavelength of the light emitted from a light source. SOLUTION: The light-emitting apparatus is provided with the light source, an optical fiber and a light-emitting part, and the light source is disposed on one end side of the optical fiber, the light-emitting part is disposed at the other end of the optical fiber. The light-emitting apparatus is such that the light-emitting part is composed of an optical waveguide component having a photonic crystal structure, a space is provided between the optical fiber and the optical waveguide component, thus the optical fiber and the optical waveguide component are coupled optically via the space.
