PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing device capable of performing the maintenance work of a straw-restricting device without detaching a straw-restricting cover for covering the outside direction of the straw-restricting device working jointly with a feed chain device, from a housing for threshing. SOLUTION: This threshing device is provided with that the upper end side of the straw-restricting cover 240 covering the outside direction of the straw-restricting device is made as capable of rotating around a pivoting axis 27 along an axial line direction of a threshing drum housed in a threshing chamber in a state of being joined with the housing for threshing 400 and installing linking mechanisms 261, 262 between the cover and the housing for threshing 400. By moving a first link arm 261 from one directional side (side A) to another directional side (side B) in a standard plane S including the longitudinal direction and rotating axial direction of a second link arm 262, while pushing down the second link arm 262 to lower direction by the self weight of the straw-restricting cover 240 joined with the first link arm 261, the transfer of the second link arm 262 in lower direction is restricted by an engaging member 264.
