<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location storage unit, a radio terminal, a location storage system, a location registration method, and a method and a program for updating a location. <P>SOLUTION: The location storage system is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a storage unit 214 where one information as to the location of a base station 30 which performs radio communications with a radio terminal 40 and the other identification information as to a base station, which is peculiarly given to each base station, are registered as they are correlated with each other, a receiving unit which receives signal intensity information where the intensity of signals sent from the base stations and received by a radio terminal or one information that is obtained from the intensity of the signals and the other identification information as to the base stations that send the signals are correlated with each other, a registration judging unit 222 which judges whether the base station identification information contained in the signal intensity information received by the receiving unit is registered in the storage as it is correlated with the location information referring to the base station identification information registered in the storage, and a registration unit 226 that registers the base station identification information, which is judged by the registration judging unit that it is not registered in the storage yet, and the prescribed location information according to the position of a radio terminal in the storage as they are correlated with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
