PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm when and where a signature is performed by a simple method, for example, collation by an authentication code.

SOLUTION: An issuing server issues an authentication code 204 for authenticating a position and a time. This signature authentication terminal 100 acquires and stores the authentication code 204 from the issuing server. During that time, the signature authentication terminal 100 receives the handwritten input of a signature 205 by a user 200 and stores the handwritten input as signature data 206. The signature authentication terminal 100 transmits the stored signature data 206 and authentication code 204 to an archive server. The archive server associates the signature data 206 and authentication code 204 transmitted from the signature authentication terminal 100 with each other and stores them in a database. The signature authentication terminal 100 outputs a signature 207 with authentication obtained by combining the stored signature data 206 with authentication code 204.
