<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation service method, surely and safely exchanging a commodity with the payment thereof by simplifying operations of a seller (exhibitor) and a purchaser (successful bidder) while managing shipping of the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The mediation service method for a mediation system 20 comprises: receiving a delivery slip number of the commodity from a seller terminal 30, transferring the delivery slip number to a delivery agent terminal 50 to receive delivery state information of the commodity corresponding to the delivery slip number, determining whether delivery of the commodity is completed or not based on the delivery state information received from the delivery agent terminal, and instructing, when completion of the delivery of commodity is determined, a financial institution terminal 60 to pay the commodity price to the seller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
