LITHIUM-SULFIDE BASED SOLID ELECTROLYTE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-sulfide based solid electrolyte that can be used without any practical problems on ion conductivity even if including a prescribed amount of a phosphate bond (POxS4-x: x is an integer from 1 to 4).

SOLUTION: The lithium-sulfide based solid electrolyte is composed so that a peak area of a phosphate bond (POxS4-x: x is an integer from 1 to 4) existing in a sulfide-based solid electrolyte and observed in the region between 70 ppm and -20 ppm of a31PNMR spectrum is larger than 0% and not more than 20% of a peak area of the total elemental phosphorus observed in the region between 170 ppm and -20 ppm of the spectrum.
