PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a relationship among a blood pressure value, a pulse rate, and a state of autonomic nerves.
SOLUTION: In an HF-LF/HF display (Figure (a)), a relationship between a sympathetic nervous activity index (LF/HF) and a parasympathetic nerve activity index (HF) is displayed two-dimensionally. In a pulse rate-blood pressure value display (Figure (b)), a relationship between a change in the highest blood pressure value and a change in the pulse rate is displayed two-dimensionally. When a patient is in a normal state, plots in the two displays move in the same direction. Thus, by simply comparing the two displays and confirming that the plots interlockingly move in the same direction, it is possible to easily grasp the relationship among the pulse rate, the highest blood pressure, and the state of autonomic nerves.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
