<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint with a vent valve mechanism, which secures ventilation performance in a pipe of the whole drain facility by reducing negative pressure without requiring an expandable top ventilation pipe, exhibits the backflow preventive function of waster water, installable in a narrow installation space by making the whole compact, and allows installation of the joint with a vent valve under the floor near a dwelling space. <P>SOLUTION: The joint with the vent valve mechanism is constituted so that a sealing member 12 sealing the body inside is arranged on the upper end of a joint body 1; an inner cylinder 17 is suspended and formed from this sealing member 12; this inner cylinder 17 is arranged in the joint body 10; the vent valve mechanism 20 is stored in the inner cylinder 17; this vent valve mechanism 20 normally holds a closing state without projecting from the upper end of the joint body 10; and a valve element 14 of the vent valve mechanism 20 is opened and driven to the inner side of the joint body 10 when the inside of the joint body 10 becomes the negative pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
