<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base rod device for assembling a steel tower, which can be easily mounted on an existing small-sized steel tower, which facilitates and ensures horizontal positioning, and which makes the direction of a guide pulley for a derricking wire follow a boom. <P>SOLUTION: This base rod device 1 is mounted on the small-sized steel tower T so that a large-sized steel tower can be newly installed in place of the existing small-sized steel tower T. A bolt of a mounting bracket 3 makes the base rod device 1 fixed by fitting a mounting frame body 2 into the top portion of the small-sized steel tower T1. The mounting frame body 2 is provided with a swing member 4 for connecting the boom 9. In the swing member 4, a connecting plate is horizontally and rotatably pivoted on a fixing plate for being fixed to the mounting frame body 2, and both of them are fixed together by means of a fixing pin. Lots of insertion holes, into/from which the fixing pin can be alternatively and freely inserted/extracted, are provided in the fixing plate. The connecting plate is provided with a bracket for pivoting the boom 9. The derricking wire 10 of the boom 9 is guided by the guide pulleys 14 and 15 which are provided in the small-sized steel tower T. The guide pulley 14 is pivoted in a horizontally swingable manner, and the guide pulley 15 faces a supporting pipe for supporting the guide pulley 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
