PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hazard identification support device and program capable of extracting every hazard and presenting the information needed to set the appropriate hazard, so that it can secure the security of a target system. SOLUTION: A hazard title idea creating part 40 specifies a hazard title correction history 105 based on a hazard category and a hazard type, both selected by an operator, and displays a hazard name for each level on a screen. Also, a hazard title draft is created based on a concrete hazard category and a concrete hazard type and displayed. The operator refers to these displays and corrects a hazard title, and a hazard title input part 50 stores the corrected hazard title in a hazard scenario ontology storage part 100 as a hazard title 104 and a hazard title correction history 105.
