HEAT SINK WITH CENTRIFUGAL FAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin heat sink with a centrifugal fan exhibiting excellent heat dissipation efficiency in which noise generated by wind from the centrifugal fan passing through a heat dissipation fin is reduced. SOLUTION: The heat sink with a centrifugal fan comprises the centrifugal fan for supplying air in a predetermined direction, and at least one heat dissipation fin where a plurality of heat dissipation fins having different lengths in the width direction of the vertical surface and passing wind from the centrifugal fan are arranged in parallel. A cavity containing the centrifugal fan is formed of an upper surface and a lower surface each having an air intake, and a sidewall having an opening in which the heat dissipation fin is arranged, and a part of the heat dissipation fin is set back at the suction inlet of the heat dissipation fin.
