PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission structure of a working vehicle, which can improve the efficiency of power transmission from a driving power source to a hydraulic pump unit, prevent the propagation of vibrations from the driving power source to a working machine without requiring a complicated structure, and allow the relative movement of the working machine to a driving power source. SOLUTION: In this power transmission structure of the working vehicle, the power driving source and the hydraulic pump unit are operationally connected through a shaft transmission mechanism and the power driving source and the working vehicle are operationally connected through an endless belt transmission mechanism. Preferably, the power transmission structure of the working vehicle includes a mounting member having a base portion connected to the power driving source, and a support portion for supporting the hydraulic pump unit, and defining a space for setting the shaft transmission mechanism between the base portion and the support portion. The endless belt transmission mechanism can have a power takeout pulley for taking out a rotational power from a power transmission passage ranged from the power driving source to the hydraulic pump unit, and an endless belt wound on the power takeout pulley.
